Best Method To Move Inspection Plan ALE

Hi All,

I am moving all master data from client to other by using ale. I want to know which is better to move quality inspection plan.I did not get any tcode like bd10 to send inspection plan.I got one program RCPTC01 to move the inspection plan. Is there any other option or can i use this program.
