    Hi,

Generally FF ID's are service users because if you will create FF ID's as dialog users in production system then it will be treated under number of licensed users which is not required.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Address tab may contain the same information, but what you wish to give same in the Logon tab. Normal users are created as a Dialog user, and FF users are created as Service users. It doesn't make any difference or neither no check is done with the user groups, or any other values in the Logon tab.

    Hope this clarifies your questions.

    Regards,

    Raghu

By keeping FF ID as service Id you can as well avoid password expiry for ID . Also make sure that you are restricting login of Firefighter Ids through SAP GUI ( refer Note 992200 - Firefighter User Exit )

    Thanks
