Hi paulo, how is your license server configured - sa or trusted? If trusted, make sure your domain user is assigned as db owner, or is part of a group assigned the same?

I have uninstalled all.

I have install the last version of the SQL Native Client.

I reinstall the client of SAP Business One and now I haven't problems.

I had a similar problem today on win server 2008 R2 and I like to verify: The problem was an older SQL native client. Problem solved with SQL native client SQL 2005 SP3 (from the sp3 update / hotfix).

Hi Gordon,

I have uninstalled SAP B1 and I have installed SAP B1 (as administrator).

I try to access to SAP B1 but now I have an internal error (-1102).

In the login window I see all the databases.

I run SAP B1 "as administrator".

In the list of netstat (from prompt) there is the IP 192.168.254.192 port 30000 (client) and there is not the IP 192.168.254.192 port 30000 (server).

In the other SAP client in the list of netstat there is the ip address of the server.

There is a configuration file or a registry key where are saved this parameters?

Regards.

hi Paolo Orlando,

greetings of the day.

Well, u said other 3 clients r running and accessing SAP B1 from the same server? what is the OS of that machine?

are u running with a domain or on workgroup?

if running in domain, is the Active directory services running? have u made the setting/configured the Policy Groups?

i believe from ur post, that u have a static ip address for the server.

windows 7 is a bit different while logging into domain or configuring to a domain.

at first just make a clean uninstall of the SAP B1 and delete all SAP folder from application data of users, from program files and business object from common files in program files.

install SAP B1.

go to network setting>local area network>properties>uncheck Internet Protocol version 6>go to Internet Protocol version 4>properties

in the ip address, specify ur static ip address of machine.

in the default gateway, specify the ip address of any other machine/router

in the preferred dns server, specify the ip address of the SAP B1 server.

save.

then open SAP B1 and if it asks for the ip address of server or name of the server, specify it, will ask for once.

once SAP opens, u can do ur work. after u close SAP B1. then u can remove the preferred dns server ip address from the client machine. will work regularly.

Telenet on windows 7 is not on by default and has to be started by 'services.msc' in the run command of start menu.

be sure that u add the program SAP B1 in the windows firewall and select all ports, TCP and UDF.

ensure that ur antivirus is off till this point, as most antivirus/antispyware do not allow changes in IP settings.

do the same and let me know.

thanks and regards.

Hi Paolo......

Will you please mention what error you are getting?

Is that Internal Error -1002?

or Invalid User Name and Password?

Then Username or Pwd might be changed.......

You have to restore the last DB and check whether password works or not.......

Please try this......

Uninstall Client and then make a clean installation of that. But you have to run setup from Server's

C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Server\B1_SHR\Client

Hope this will fix your problem........

Rahul
