PO amendment during release process reg

Hi MM Expert,

I have created PO and 2 release generated. PO first release made and 2nd release division head change the PO rate & increase value, but PO first release is not yet reset and the first release does not know the increased value. How can i map this scenario? Kindly provide valuable answer from MM experts.

Check your release indicator. Go to PO and see tab release strategy. You will notice the current release indicator in the PO

Then go to SPRO > Material Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define release procedure for PO click in Release indicator. Check the setting for the release indicator. If you want the release to be reset once the value is increased you should use 4 or 6 for that particular indicator.
