ShpgNt and PO both are seen in MD04 - Descripancy

Hi Friends,

I have a strange case with me.

In MD04 both PO and Inbound delivery created against it both are seen.

In Quality Server I have tested but there PO disappeared immediately when Inbound Delivery created and MD04 refreshed.

What could be the reason of this ? any guesses ? or how can this be resolved ?

Hi,

Go to SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Confirmations > Set Up Confirmation Control - Here select the Confirmation Control Key and double click on "Confirmation sequence" in dialog structure and see whether "MRP Relevant" indicator is active. If not then activate it.

Pls note that ShpgNt and PO both are appearing in MD04 in production sever but It is running fine in Quality Server.

Is there a difference between the Shipping notification quantity and PO quantity in your production case, this can happen if there is a difference.

No. Both are of same qty.
