cannot find master data application component

Hi,

We aere not able to find master data application component in BW Development system with all its underlying nodes.However the data still exists. Please let us know if there is a way to retrieve without having to create them from scratch.

You can activate application components from the business content. Just go to Business Content -> Object Types -> Application Components.

I did try that option too.However,the required application component does not show up in the BC too.

Hi,

The required IC master data application component was missing in the buisness content select objects(application component) too.However, my problem is now solved.I tried creating a new application component with the same technical name and the whole component with the underlying nodes came up.Not sure why this happened.Do you think this can be related to deleting the objects in a modifyable request associated with the master data? Please let me know.
