PM order release and substitution

Hi Experts,

we have two question here as follows:

1) Is it possible to have validation on PM orders that should not allow to change WBS element after Release of an order. Ex. I have a work order that goes through 3 user status before we release it. But as soon as order is relased then system should not allow to change WBS element in this order.

2) Is it possible to have substitution rule on PM work orders. As, per standard process, the WBS we assign to PM order will be copied to settlement rule by default. But if someone change this WBS element assignment, then system does not update WBS element in settlement rule. So we want whenever there is any change in WBS element field on PM order then that should also update WBS element in settlement. Can this be achieved through substitution or any other option?

1. For your first question : use User exit IWO10009 PM Order: Customer Check for 'Save' Event

2. For ur second question : Use user exit IWO10027 User exit: Generate user-defined settlement rule
