I am having the same problem with the Crystal Reports 2011 trial.

I am running Windows 7 64-bit and have administrator rights. I have tried running it in XP compatibility mode and also with the virus checker disabled.

It has now come up with the same error message on 5 different attempts....

    Any ideas, SAP?

    Hi,

It may not be the cause of your issue, but your environment is not supported.

Only office 2010 32-bit is supported, not office 2010 64-bit.

If possible, try downgrading to office 2007 and trying again.
