FM or BAPI to create QM Order - tcode QM01 / QM02

Hello I am looking for either a FM or a BAPI to create to QM Order for a Notification.

so far the only way I have found to do this is in QM01 / QM02 via the create order button.

I could probably record a BDC sesion and process that way but i would rather use a FM.
