Personnel ID Number

Dear Experts;

ln the Flexible Employee List Report I have an option to get the Employee's Personnel ID Number, is that related to IT 0185 or it's something else.

and please if so, if i have more than subtype for the Personnel IDs IT0185 then which number will i get in that report and if i need to search for an employee in PA30 how can i search by that number?

I think you are looking into the search help button values.... even then Personnel ID number is the SSN number as mentioned.

Hi,

I can say that the Personnel ID Number you are getting is the SSN Number of the employee.

The field is coming from PA0002

Please run the report once and check it. .

Thanks all for your reply, but actually whenever i'm checking the available fields in IT 0002 i don't find any field called SSN, i've even checked in the spro but didn't find a field with that name.

Dear Lobna,

The "Personnel ID Number" is nothing but it is employee's social insurance or tax number. And it is not related to IT0185.

If you want report for IT0185 then there are so many options one of them is use T.Code SQVI and create your own query to generate the report.

Hi

Your SSN number or SIN number or ID number come for Contries USA, Canada & UK respectively.

Change ur country grouping to see the SSN number or others in IT0002.

Dear Lobna,

If you want to search by the IT0185 Personal ID no. Please execute T.Code PA30. Click on Personnel No Field and press F4. In the search menu select u201CIC numberu201D and type the ID no. in the u201CIdentity Numberu201D and if you know the sub type then you can type that in IC type. And click on u201CStart searchu201D or press Enter. You will get the Personnel No list.
