Have you installed the permanent license? if not then install license from Visual Admin (VA)
Or you may have installed invalid license try to install correct license.

after that you can install saplicense using the command (saplicense -install) provide the SID
Installation No, Hardware key, expiry date.
You can get the hardware key from saplicense -show but it won't allow to install this becuase now the licensed are encrypted ad canbe installed through Visual administrator only on Portal system

Hi,
Saplicense -show would not give you hardware key and the output which you are getting is expected to get on Java stack.
You need to run saplicense -get command to get hardware key from OS level.
Request SAP license on Service market place as you do for a SAP system.
Once you get SAP license on SMP, same can be installed by visual administrator by navigating to Services --> licensing adapter -->Click on Install license from file
or using NWA as well by navigating to NWA --> configuration management --> Infrastructure --> Licenses
Imp. info-> Once you start J2EE engine, it will be up for 30 minutes only and then again go down in lack of valid available license.
Make sure that you install license immediately you bring up java engine. Once license is installed, it won't go down.
Cheers !!!
Ashish
