Alert Configuration option : Connected to Message

Hello,

We are receiving alerts at a particular time every night, there are no errors in Communication channels and SXI_MONITOR.

The reason might be because of network issues, FTP server is not available at this point of time.

So whenever File Communication Channel tries to poll and FTP server is not available,we get these alerts.

In order to suppress these alerts, we have set option 'Connected to Message' to Yes in Alert Configuration.

We are still getting these alerts. Can anyone please explain the exact functionality of this option and how to suppress these alerts when there are no failures?

After making any changes to Alert config in ALCARTDEF please click on update in RWB alert configuration.

also update the rules.

We didn't make any changes in ALRTCATDEF. We did this change directly in RWB.
