Dear Gurus,
In my company we have the concept of Dead stock. This dead stock can be sold a price which is less then the actual cost. What is the best way to achieve this in standard SAP?
Standard SAP System behavior is such that if this happens it shows a message: "Contribution margin for item XYZ is too low." This item then appears in incompletion log and one cannot deliver. I need to complete this order and deliver.
Thanks.
It is SAP message V1237, but it will only show up if a functional consultants defined a percentage for the profit margin. So I would suggest to ask inhouse for a solution, as this situation must have been discussed in the design phase.

Hello,
Is that a standard SAP error? I do not believe so.
Can you check your Pricing procedure once again for some checks on Profit margin.
