Profit center in 0FI_GL_1 datasoruce possible?

Hi,

I'm trying to get profit center in 0FI_GL_1 datasource. Is this possible with enhancements?

if yes, which table I need to use for user exit.

hi,

As per my knowledge inorder to get the profitcenter data need to implement the co-pa or try to activate these data sources also 0FI_GL_14 & 0FI_GL_10 and check in rsa3 as per your requiremnet data displaying or not .

The best place to look is Profit Center Accounting (GLPCA). It is CRITICAL to note that Profit Center Accounting is NOT the same as General Ledger accounting. Entries in GL accounting may not appear in PCA, and vice versa. Please carefully discuss with your GL and PCA configurators. They should be able to direct you to your usage.

thanks for your prompt replies.

I've found 0FI_GL_4 datasource that has line item details with profit center.

I'm planning on using this datasoruce to feed into ODS & to a cube to calcualte cumulative balances at profit center level.

Do you see any issues with this?
