Hi there all CRM gurus
I created a SLA response profile and linked my response times to my 'priority' of my Service request. I then updated my Date profile and asigned the Service profile and Rsonse times to my 'Investigation' product. On my Service request as sson as I populate my Status and Priority it gives me the message 'Date calculations performed successful', but it doesnt display the correct times in my 'Response date' field.
Any giudance/advice
