Dear Guys,
When purchase orders SAP Script were triggred via output type with medium 5(External Send), the print preview as well as the email sent thru PDF has special character '#' replacing many Lithuanian(LT) characters. If medium 1(printout) is chosen then print preview as well print are coming correctly.
Can someone guide me how to sort this out.
Thanks,
Dharmendra Gali
Hi,
Did you upload true type fonts like Courier New, Arial and Times New Roman under font families ZCOUR_I4. ZHELV_I4 and ZTIME_I4 as described in SAP note #786734?
Also the PDF file needs to be created via a Baltic device type I4SWIN.
Regards,
Aidan

Hi,
When the smartform or script is converted in OTF Format # will get replaced as the conversion does not support this character.

Check whether it is a conversion problem or not. If it is a convertion problem check whether it is having any conversion exceptions. Use to catch those exceptions. If still not solved please explain more about the problem,.
