Using strategy group 81

Hello Everyone,

I am using strategy group 81 in my material. But when I am creating my sales order system is not running material availability check or raise a sales order based Assembly planned order. Am unable to understand why.

Any suggestions why?

My last suggestion for you is to check which OS is on the Schedule Line material (detail of the item, Line Schedule). As it is, in this t-code VOV6 Line Schedule, shall be marked with the flag in Req./Assembly and Availability, but this is a customization of SD and is directly associated with the Item Category registered in the Master Data of SD material.

I have checked. But the "Req/Assembly" indicator has been set for the schedule line category "CP" which is my case here.

So I am not sure why....

Make sure if in t-code OPPT, the strategy 81 is with Availabitity Check flag set;

Also make sure if Reqmts Class associated with this strategy is marked with the flag Availabitity (t-code OVZG);

Finally, see if the material has this Strategy Group has Availabitity Check 02 or similar in the Master Data (MRP3).

Have already checked in OPPT. There is no availability check flag here.

As for OVZG, I am using the requirement class 200 where the availability check flag is already set. And am using the Availability check indicator 02 in the material master of the material. Still the planned order is not raised when the SO is created. Is there any other probable reason why?

And no problem regarding your English. The idea is to communicate!!!

Hi,

Check in Demand management customizing if Req class for stategy 81 is set correctly to 200.

Make sure assembly type is 1 and Availability check is selected.
