How to customise the Self registration Link while new user registration.

Hi,

Is there any way we can download the Self Registration Web Dynpro java application for Customising.

I need to add some more fields into it.

Hi,

The source code of the application is not available. If you can tell the community what changes you want to make people can suggest.

In the worst case you might have to develop your own Self registration applcation.

Can i chnage the Web dynpro java to older application??

If i change the Selfreg_applyuser.jsp file of com.sap.portal.usermanagement.admin.par will it take effect??

You don't need to modify the code for this. You can achieve this through configuration.

As i was going through the link you provided.The custom attributes will only be visible when the user's view their own profile.

But my requiremnt is to make the fields available at the time of user registration so that the users can fill in the details.

The custom attributes that you mentioned while new user registeration they appear under the separate customised tab.

The fields also appear while Self registeration.

Is their any way we can change the field with mandatory icon or a field with a dropdown.
