We have installed EP SP5 and we are facing the following problem. Under Portal Admin----->Channel Assignment when we press the select channel button. Another new window opens and gives the following error.
Could not retrieve iView
Error: - -2147024891

Access is denied.
Can anyone please inform us as to how we can rectify this problem.

Login portal with full domain name URL.
Check you browser proxy settings - it should be the same full domain name as your portal server or portal server domain name should be defined in proxy bypass settings.

Check your browser settings - may be cookie not passed to new window, so you received access denied.
I suggest test this scenario from other browsers.
