Could not retrieve iview

We have installed EP SP5 and we are facing the following problem. Under Portal Admin----->Channel Assignment when we press the select channel button. Another new window opens and gives the following error.

Could not retrieve iView

Error: - -2147024891

More details...

Access is denied.

Can anyone please inform us as to how we can rectify this problem.

Hello,

Check your browser settings - may be cookie not passed to new window, so you received access denied.

I suggest test this scenario from other browsers.

Hi,

Login portal with full domain name URL.

Check you browser proxy settings - it should be the same full domain name as your portal server or portal server domain name should be defined in proxy bypass settings.

Thanks for the swift response. Unfortunately our problem is still there. we are logging on from the portal server itself using the super admin. And it is using the complete domain name. Any other suggestions as to how to fix this problem ?
