Dear All,
Thank you for quick replies:
Dear Salil:
1-Have you maintained the Rent amount in IT0581, if yes what is the amount? - Maintained Rs.8,000 in IT0581
2-Is it happening for all employees? please check and tell - testing for only one employee
3-Kindly see the 3 different conditions of HRA,whether all are fulfilled - Plz let me know how to check and is it needs any configuration?
4-Check Payroll Log INHRA for details - INHRA processing showing message that "Table has been sorted"
Dear Praveen,
I followed all the steps referred by you.But getting same problem.
Please guide me how to proceed further.

Hi,
IT 0008 should have Basic pay amount & HRA Amount,After you save IT0581 HRA Wagetype amount is defaulted in IT 0008 right.
what do you enter in IT 0581 metro OR non metro?
Also INHRA processing should give you the calculation of HRA Exemption, however if it is not displaying anything means somewhere your config is missing.Kindly check again the config and the master data you have maintained for that employee.

Salil
Surekha:
Need some more clarifications, tell us the enteries in table V_T539J since you have told that HRA WT is indirect valuation, u must have use this table.?
You also said that you have to WT called CLA, COA also, my question is... Are these WT's part of IT0008 or ?? if yes then wat is the nature of these WT's direcd or indirect Val. if these are also a part of indirect valuation let us also knw the entries in table V_T539J. Final question are you getting properly HRA amount correctly in IT0008, since it is indirect valuations it shud depend on some WTs????
Pls clarify.
Regards,
TATA
Dear Praveen,
I am testing this for a single employee in DEV server.
Earlier it was working fine.
And the actual problem arised due to updation of DEV server with latest patch levels.
I did changes as per your instructions.
Checked V_T539J table
1. MOD-ANSAL, Valuated WT-CSAL, Wage type long text-Planned Remuneration,Start date-01.01.1900, End
date:31.12.999, Base wage type-0810, Wage type long text-House rent allowance, Percent-100
2. MOD-PRZNT, Valuated WT-0810, Wage type long text-House rent allowance,Start date-01.01.1900, End date:31.12.999,Base wage type-0801, Wage type long text-Basic salary, Percent-35
And V_T511 table also
1. Maintained as INVAL B
But the problem is remaining same.
regards,
Surekha
Have you maintaied the table V_T7INT9,
Assign the tax code agt. wage type, tax type & frequency should be , limit & month respectively and Exempt amount. Also, please sure duplicate entries should not be happened for tax code, Only one tax code would be allowed.
