Unable to Post Comments on Blogs

I'm not able to post my comments on blogs. Is it some authorization issue? I do have a blogger profile.

You are constantly posting spam in this website and I am following and pressing the alert moderator constantly just after your post.

Stop posting these types of advertizement.. You have done this twice in previous, your two accounts got disabled.

Certainly not so. Can you provide the blog where you were not able to post. Also what error message system was popping up??? Ensure that while trying to comment on any blog, you have logged in :-(.

I think its some issue with my office network. I could post my comment when I logged in at home.
