Unable to create update rules for ODS

Hi:

I have created Infosource and ODS. When I create update rules for the ODS, nothing happening means it's not going to next screen where we create rules. No action has been taken when I right click on the ODS and click on create update rule.

Can any one guess what would be the reason!!!!.

    Hi

    Venkat you have a button at the left top corner ,you might have forgot to click that and check the infosource once again.Iam new to BW and iam sorry if i could'nt get you.

    Hi Venkat,

    when you try to create your update rules, did you check the radio button for InfoSource? Does your InfoSource contain the same objects as your ods object?

    Do you have the correct authorization?
