TEVEN data upload method

Hi Experts

i want to upload a data in table Teven kindly advice me the different methods and steps .from third party time machine generated file in notepad .

As haidar said,

TEVEN table is Time Events table i.e in-out you canot directly enter into this table thru BDC's

System will update thru the Time Evaluation only.

for that you need to enter thru the IT2011 infotype. for ins and outs.

Hi,

You can not upload data Directly into TEVEN. Create one BDC or LSMW for IT2011. it will record Employee No, Date, Time-in and Time-out ( P10 and P20). those data will be transferred to TEVEN.

Download data from your Punching system and format data according to the BDC/LSMW format.
