PS-OTC integration

Hi All,

We are working on PS-OTC integration and we want long text from Project structure to be copied into Invoice, can anyone let me know what is a necessary configuration?

few details-

Text Name E00001000

Language EN

Text ID LTXT Long text

Text Object PMS Project texts (SAPSCRIPT)

T Code CJ03

click on WBS element and select the long text.(Ctrl +F12)

then select GOTO--> Header then you will find the above information ( text name etc)

Hi,

You will have to include the text object PMS , for a text ID in the text determination procedure for the sales order.

Check the same in transaction VOTXN or SPRO>SALES AND DISTRIBUTION>BASIC FUNCTIONS>TEXT CONTROLS>DEFINE AND ASSIGN TEXT DETERMINATION PROCEDURES.

How to add the PMS text object in procedure? I have tried but its not allowing. getting error as below,

"Only the text objects defined in table RVTXOBJ are permitted in Sales and Distribution."

even I am trying to add the PMS text object to req table but Standard SAP is not allowing me, as append structure tab is grayed out.

so how to add PMS text object to table

Hi,

Try to use READ_TEXT functional module to copy the text to Invoice
