I have created a Global Restricted Keyfigure, but i am not able to see it when i am opening it from my Login.(Except the newly created RKF,i am able to see the other KFs ).

Whereas,i am able to see the newly created RKF from other's Ids.

This seems to be a very strange issue. Can anyone please help me out in this case,if you have faced similar kind of issue.

Hi Vikranth,

You don't have authorization to view that RKF. You can try the following options.

1. Create a technical role based on the Multiprovide/Infocube on which this RKF is created. Add display/change access based on the naming convention you are using for your RKF. You can ask your basis/security team for creating the roles.

2. If you are able to see the RKF with other ID, you can model your ID on that ID.

3. If you are in development environment, you can check it with a generic kind of roles like DEV ALL etc.

Hope this will help you in resolving your issue.

Thanks,

Sachin

For what it's worth, the BI 7 security model uses the role "BIALL" for all BI relevant authorization. SAPALL is still needed for other objects.
