How can I integrate a fiori application to an external portal?

We are implementing SAP HRM and provide ESS service via Fiori Launchpad to end users. We also like to publish some of these services on the organization intranet (third-party portal - WebSphere Portal). Can we display a Fiori launchpad tile (like UI) on an external portal? How can we consume a Fiori application outside launchpad?
