    Hi,

Go to SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Screen Layout at Document Level - Here define a new Field Selection Key by copying NBF and make Batch field as mandatory under field Selection group "GR/IR Control".

Now go to SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Document Types - Here assign this new field selection key to your Return PO Doc Type.

    Hi,

Please check at the following settings of the New PO Document Type Created (Return PO) :

    SPRO>IMG>Purchasing>Purchase Order>

Click on Define Screen Layout at Document level

Highlight the desired Document Type and go to details

In the GR/IR control field check the Batch as Required Entry and Save.

Go to SPRO>IMG>Purchasing>Purchase Order> Define Document Type and check the New Document Type is assigned to Field Selection Key. If not, then assign it and you are done.

After this settings, in the New Document Type (Return PO) the system will ask user to enter Batch Number.

    Hope this helps,

    Best regards
