GRC CUP error creating request

Hi,

Funniest issue of GRC CUP.

When i create request with ae_admin user id,i can create request.When i use my id to create GRC CUP new account request,then i am getting errors:

ERROR CREATING REQUEST:APPROVER NOT FOUND

ERROR CREATING REQUEST: PATH NOT FOUND

Any solution for it,much appreciated.

You must configure a few points under WORKFLOW

Initiator

Stage

Path

They are musts.

Are they maintained?

Hi Yakoob,

Any user having GRC UME ID can create request from main screen without any issues even there is no AE specific role assigned to it.

Check if you are able to create the request with AE_ADMIN having same inputs for which you are unable to create request from own ID. If the criteria is same, request will be created.

Error is workflow configuration specific.

There is an issue in GRC SP15.6,This issue resolved in GRC CUP 15.7.Hot fixed in PATCH 7.

Path not found: Usually means the intiator does not exist for the criteria you are trying,

Can you check if you have the intiator meeting the criteria for which you are creating the request.
