what's the different between two"notes and attachement" in RFx

hi ,experts

i am puzzled by the two 'Notes and attachements' in RFx

1st one under 'RFx Information' tab page in the RFx header part.

2ed has its tab page 'Notes and attachements' in the RFx header part.

what's the diffrent ? in my view , they all for the RFx header.

There are two "notes and attachement" in RFx---header and item .The second Rfx that you said just the overview of the "notes and attachement" in RFx .you can do the test .If you add note1 in header and note2 in the item ,you will find two notes in the second "notes and attachement" you said . get a try .
