Hello,

I've moved this thread into the Crystal Reports forum.

The OnDemand forum is specifically for the applications like bi.ondemand.com and crystalreports.com

Cheers

Hello:

Upon calling SAP and speaking to one of the Tech Support, I was told that the SP1 has been discontinued. Best to start with Full SP2 or Full SP3 Version. Was able to get the Full Version of SP3 and installed it for user. all set.

Moezeddin,

Great, I am glad you were able to download what you needed. I had recommended SP3 since SP1 required some updates that you would have needed anyway. Best wishes on your endeavors.

Please try the link https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/bobj_download/main.htm

I would recommend the download of service pack 3 full build initially.

Hi,

If you just need to download CR 2008 SP1, why don't you download it via the Support Portal

Support Portal -> Software Downloads -> BusinessObjects Downloads -> Support Packages and Patches -> C -> Crystal Reports 2008.....

If you don't have access or can't see the path mentioned above, you may need to request for access first.

Ken

Hi,

I meant the SAP Service Marketplace (www.service.sap.com).

This is the official SAP site for all Business Objects related materials. You do need access to view materials from there. Hopefully that shouldn't be a problem as all customers would have given login permission.

Ken
