Can't switch off employee support in scoping of C4C

Hi pros,

What causes "Value SRRE is missing in Party Determination Rule. Restore value before finish scoping" error while saving project scope in C4C?

What I did:

1. Switched off Employee support in scoping

2. Got an info message from the system that this configuration does not correspond to current data in C4C since there is one ticket of Employee support in the system

3. Tried to save the project, but got this error message

How can I fix this error and switch off Employee support?

Hi Nadezhda,

Once you have created at least one Employee Support ticket, the system won't allow you to descope Employee Support anymore. You can keep it in scope and simply not assign the Employee Support view to any user. There should not be any drawbacks.
