Budget in CJ30 is getting increaed by PO value or activity value

Dear All,

i have assign a budget in cj30 when i am creating a pr or po the current budget is increased by the value of pr or po.

why system is behaving like that?

what is the solution for this problem..

need your expert help....

hi patil,

pls give more details abt the project. whether it is a invst or prt project. and structure of the project and for which wbs you have assigned the budget . there could be some transfer between the projects . so, give a more details . so that some one can help you out.

I think it is not the budget value that is getting increased but the assigned value, as Abdul has pointed out. Check it once again and come back. In addition to his check the settings in OPSC transaction. Tick and untick the 'Planning' check box for the relevant Order type and run your scenario. See what happens.

I Have tried CJ31 >>>> setting >>>>availability control>>>> ananlysis

but not found any inconnsistencies then I tried CJEN and CJBN but not able to understand why system is increasing the Budget value and current budget value by the amount of assigned value in CJ30.

The system is also increasing the PLANNED TOTAL VERSION 0 BY assigned value.

Need ur advise on the problem on ergernt basis

if then check whether any Z development is there to adjust the budget value...

I have checked the log but noone had run the transaction IMCCP3.

I have raised this issue to SAP but still no satisfactory answer received.

I would suggest you to refer my earlier reply and atleast try out a test scenario by having the "Planning" check box ticked for one scenario and unticked for the other one.

Just try this once and revert. Hope it helps. Else wait for some positive response from SAP.

are you sure the budget value is increasing not the assigned value..!

Please run CJEN and check the report again.
