The action cannot be completed because the other program is bussy....

Hi Experts,

I am getting the following error when I am executing a particular transaction:

The action cannot be completed because the other program is bussy.Choose 'Switch to' to activate the program and correct the problem. I get two options 'Switch to' and 'Retry', but both the options dont work.

Please help me in resolving this issue.
