No data selected for printing at the time of Printing TDS Certificate

Hi All,

When I am generating TDS Certificate system is giving me error "No data selected for printing"

I tried to execute the program in Debugging mode and found that at the time of Prininting if the Value in field J_1IEWTREC = J, then system will exclude the line item from Printing.

I checked the Table WITH_Item and found that for the doument the status of field J_1IEWTREC is J (JV record in with item table).

I want to know what is the meaning of this J and in which situation it gets updated.

HI,

J means J JV record in with item table

If you post a document with J1injv then with-item table is updated the J in above field.

J1injv is adjustment entry in TDS document.

In With holding Tax Type config there is a setting to check no certificate, it was un- ticked, so at the time of posting system generates the certificate number... I ticket the check and it start working...
