Hi there,

The term ISA (Internet Sales) was the old name for the application that was also called E-selling, now the Branding is SAP CRM Web Channel, this also includes E-marketing, E-Commerce, E-Service and Analytics..

Hi

.

With the SAP CRM 7.0 , we can configire web channel / E-Commerce, where the orders from WEB SHOP will be stored in the back end ECC system directly.

But for this you should have the CRM system as well for product catalog maintenance

Hope this will be useful

Hi there,

Yes there is the XECO or Extended E-Commerce that connects directly to an ERP system , this is available with release 5.0 and 7.0 for more information please see https://cw.sdn.sap.com/cw/docs/DOC-117060

Also as DJ has mentioned there is the LORD scenario also available in which the order can be created in the ERP system with the catalog coming from CRM. This is only available as of relase 7.0.

There is more information about this in the blog by Deborah
