Cannot Start Visual Composer

Hello

We use the following components:

Microsoft server 2003 + MS IIS 6.0

Microsoft sql server

Sap Enterprise Portal 6.0 SP9

Internet Explorer 6.0.3790.0

I have installed Visual composer 6.0 aswell as Visual Composer Patch 2.

When I try to start the visual composer with the icon it has created during the setup it gives the error that the page cannot be found.

Then I tried to run it via the installation directory and it askes to download a file : "winsvc.exe".

When I download or open the file a command prompt window appears for a brief second. Then nothing appears in The IE.

In the Title bar it displays: "Loading" and in the address bar the directory :

"C:\WINDOWS\Sap Netweaver Visual Composer\server\default.htm"

What should I do to get the Visual Composer to run?

    Hi Hannen,

    We don't support VC installation on Win 2003+ IIS.60, we are currently working on that, and will possibly have a solution on that sometime next week.

    In the meantime, you can install it on Win 2000 server + IIS 5.0.

    You are also missing another VC prerequisite - SVG Viewer 3.0.
