What should be the Status of the Request Admin

I have created a ROLE Based Initiator. If ROLE1 is there then it has to go to MANAGER . If ROLE2 is there then it has to go to ROLEAPPROVER and MANAGER. I have submitted a request with ROLE1, ROLE2. So 2 Paths are tiggerd. Path1 > Manager aprpoved th request. Path1 is CLosed now. Path 2 is in OPEN State. When i go to Configuration->Request >Administrator and search for the Request it is showing the same request number twice , one with stage Manager and the other with Stage Role Approver and STATUS is shown as "OPEN". What should be the exact Status displayed.

Is it lke With MANAGER---> CLOSED and ROLEAPPROVER --->OPEN or What?
