I want to login to front-end system of QJ3 for exploring some fiori apps. Where can I find the Generic Credentials for Admin login to QJ3 client 500? If generic credentials are not there then how can I create a new user for logging in to QJ3?

Got the solution. You can use your QJ3 backend credentials with some appropriate roles assigned using su01. Then fiori tiles will appear in front-end.
