Information on next generation PI solution from SAP

Hi,

I came across a document wherein it is specified that SAP has/is coming out with a solution wherein it will have pre-built , around 2000 message types which can be used readily for integration work. Similarly they have come out with pre-built mapping objects that can be used and customized .

Please let me know as to whether this is already available OR, if not, in which PI version onwards, this will be implemented.

Anyway from PI 7.1, SAP has been delivering GDT (global data types) and enterprise service bundles.

1)SAP already providing predefined content for many of the integrations,in this case you no need to develop any objects.

2)Global data types available from PI 7.1 onwards,so that you can reuse data types iwth out creating new.but before that you have to idetufy any global data type will help you or not.

3)ECC communication-- most of the times we use IDoc's and BAPI's,we no need to create any data type for this.

4)Predefined enterpise services avaiable in Service registry,in this case you no need to develo interface you can resuse enter prise service.

so we can expect SAP will def reduce implementation time by reusing existing stuff offer by SAP.
