Is it possible to setup in a segmentation a filter to get customers who have bought certain product x times? I can get customers, who have bought a certain product using interactions, but how about those who have bought x times?
We are in a process of upgrading from 1511 to 1611, perhaps that is possible to achieve with the new score builder, but I cannot imagine how that would be.
Any ideas?

Hi Joyca & Maris,
unfortunately I am not familiar with the score builder - however I could imagine that it is possible to achieve something alike with this feature.
What should work out in segmentation - if you are fine with using an own HANA modelling - is the following approach:
- create a key figure to be able to select on the number of buyings on HANA view level
- in customizing / segmentation configuration app, then configure the product as a condition/dimension for this key figure (pre-requisite is that, the product is available as attribute on the same HANA view where your key figure resides)
- then in the application you can create a segment with this key figure, choose the wanted rule for selecting the number of buyings (e.g. equal to 20, greater than 10, ...) and then choose the "Product" as condition and select the products you want to have the calculation of the number of buyings be restricted to.
I hope this helps.
Thanks & regards,
Sebastian
