alert monitors

Hii Experts,

I am using a Tcode FTR_ALERT (alert monitors) to send a automatic mails to users in case of pending payments & settlements etc. I am able to send it in Sap inbox but i am unable to trigger e-mail to the respective users. Please help how can i do so..

Hi,

Please enter email id and select Receipent type - internet address and send the report. it will reach to assigned mail box if cleared from SOST.

how did you achieve the automatic creation of mails? We have currently implemented MT300 via the New Correspondence Framework in TRM. With FTR_ALRT_BTCH we create an alert for those transactions that are not matched. We can now see the alerts in FTR_ALERT. What we havent't achieved is the automatic creation of emails. So far we only manage to create an email by clicking on the blue arrow in the report. Do you have an idea how the mails can be automatically, i.e. with manual intervention, created?
