Hello,

Look under _Workitem, I assume it's called ExecutedByUser but best to select it from a list.

But, is that really the right value? That is the user who executed this workitem, is that the same as the user who did the cancelling? You may have to save that value earlier on in the workflow and pass it to this task.

regards

Rick

Hi, you need to bind back &_WORKITEM.EXECUTEDBYUSER.NAMEWITHLEADINGUS& to a workflow container for instance ActualAgent then you use that container in dialog workitem subject or body.

Kind regards, Rob Dielemans

Hi Joerg Heil,

I think the you might be either expecting to display the user name before the work item is executed or if in case you are looking to place the value after work item execution. Looking at you last screen shot you are expecting the

  1. If you want to display the approver name before the work item execution then I would suggest to first get the user name who is the agent of the work item into workflow container and move the same to task container by using binding option.
  2. The other option could be you have to look up for the agents in the task container.

3.The other option is check the standard container element Actual agent

4. If you are looking for the user who has already executed the previous workitem then the following container element can help you.

However, I think you can atcually you can get it from the business object itself. You don't have to depend on the workflow container elements

Thanks

Pavan
