RfcAdapter: receiver channel not in list of running clientPools

Hi!

I have implemented a business process with XI 3.0 that sends two RFC requests in parallel to two different SAP systems using the RFC adapter.

For the first request there is the following error in XI monitoring:

"com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: RfcAdapter: receiver channel not in list of running clientPools"

The second request is not executed any more, the workflow log shows that it is still "in progress".

According to posting rfc-adapter---sender I have imported SAP BASIS 6.40 SP5 (our XI system is currently on SP5).

I also have added a message server entry for the receiving SAP systems in /etc/services of the XI system.

Does anybody know how the error can be solved? Thanks for your help.
