FAGLL03 - Line item display in ECC 6.0

We are on ECC 6.0. On executing FAGLL03 and proceeding to Line Item Display, when trying to drilldown to document level, the system pops up a window with Line item details rather than actually displaying the Document for that Line item

Anyone know a fix for this?

Hi - Am aware of displaying via Display Document Button (Glasses) - this works ok. Problem is when double clicking on line item - this should display the document and doesnlt (functionality before activation of New G/L allows this).

Issue has no relation GL Account Master Data.........

I know this can be corrected in TCode FAGLL03 by changing to entry view on the selection screen - but how can this be done at FAGLB03 stage??

Dear

To Drill down please click on the line item and then click on glass i.e.Document Display (ctrlshiftF7) on application tool bar,you will get details of transaction.

In TCode FAGLB03, after drilling down on the balance of a GL Account to display line items, we cannot then use the drilldown function to drill into a line item to display the document. Instead, the system pops up a window with Line item details rather than actually displaying the Document for that Line item.

Hi,

Check the Related GL account, that GL a/c does have Line item tick under Control tab in FS00.

Due to this reason your not able to drill down line item wise report from FAGLB03.

Solution:

1. In FS00 select the GL a/c with Line item tick.

2. Block the Respective GL a/c,

3. Go to Transaction Code u2013 SE38 and execute RFSEPA01,Execute give GL.

Finally you have to un block eh GL.

once executed , check the line items from Report FAGLB03.
