unpaid lleave deduction based upon pay grade

Hi Guy's

I have a problem regarding leave deduction,

I have two grades of employees one is the management level and other one is the worker,

The problem which i faced when an worker applies for the unpaid leave the amount from salary gets reduced but when an manager applies for the same types of unpaid leave the amount from salary does not reduces, Plz help me to find out where the problem lies.
