As mentioned by Amosha, your PCR does not appear to have been validated (or copied exactly as in PRD).

First, you have 2 identical lines

• **** DOUTTPVTYPE

the first one followed by

• **** * DOUTTPORIGS Decision on Origin of the pairs

and the second one followed by

• **** * COLOP*

Second, a decision using operation OUTTPPRTYP (provide Time Pair data of current attendance type, or PResence time TYPe) seems to imply that time types 0400, 0800, 0801, 0810 and 0811 are Attendances. But there seems to be a problem as there is no line for
