ODS activation failure due to batch job is not avilable.

Hi All,

I am working in support project.I am freuqently getting ODS activation failure.there it is showing Back ground job is not avilable.

like whare i need to search background job .. in R/3 side or BW side...kindly give me detail information about on my issue.
