Hi ,

Can anyone please tell me how to Deactivate or block one SAP User Id.

Hi,

Based on the validity period we can deactivate a user account.

thanks for the quick reply.

but how can we check , i mean can we do it through some transaction code.

can you please give me detail steps to deactivate.

Hi,

well, you could enter transaction SU01, and then click on the 'lock' icon (Lock/Unlock).

Just enter the username, then Lock it --and hocus pocus! That's it!
