Change the language of the system

Hello,

I'd like to know if there is a way to change the language of the system even if I'm already logged into SAP.

Italian is my default language and if I want to access in English, during the logon I have to enter EN.

If I'm logged in Italian, can I change language in the system?

If I access in italian I can see the header of the columns of the report FBL1N in italian...Is it possible display the header in english even if I'm logged in italian?
