Make to order and make to stock both

Hi,

My client has 3 plants 1000, 2000 and 3000.In all the finished and semi finished I have maintained strategy Z1. Its a copy of strategy 20 with some changes in account assignment.In plant 1000 sales orders will be created for some finished materials and this finished materials will be produced in plant 2000 through Stock transport orders. Some finished items will be directly produced in plant 1000 against sales orders.

Now may client says I can forecast and produce finished items in plant 1000 or else in plant 2000. They want requirements to enter in MD61 in plant 1000. How can my strategy work in both the cases as MTO and MTS?

Please guide as this is last minute changes asked by client. How to make strategy Z1 work for sales orders as well as PIRs??Can I add strategy 40 in strategy group of Z1? Kindly suggest.
